3. Acceptable Use

4. Usage Limits

DecipherDocs provides a limited number of free analyses per user per day. Current limits are displayed on the website and may be adjusted at our discretion. We reserve the right to:

• Modify usage limits at any time
• Restrict or suspend access for users who abuse the service
• Implement additional verification measures to prevent abuse

5. Document Handling

When you submit text or upload documents to DecipherDocs:

• Your content is processed in memory to generate the AI analysis
• Your content is NOT stored, saved, or retained after processing
• Your content is NOT used to train AI models
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any document you upload
• You should avoid uploading documents containing highly sensitive personal information (Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical records) that is not necessary for legal analysis

6. Intellectual Property

The DecipherDocs name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of DecipherDocs and its operators. The AI-generated analysis provided to you is generated for your personal use.

You may:

• Print, copy, and share your analysis results for personal, non-commercial use
• Share results with your attorney, landlord, employer, or other relevant parties

You may not:

• Reproduce or redistribute the DecipherDocs service itself
• Use DecipherDocs branding or trademarks without permission
• Scrape or bulk-collect analysis results for commercial purposes

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The AI analysis will be accurate, complete, or reliable
• The results will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors in the service will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DECIPHERDOCS AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated analysis
• Damages arising from legal decisions made based on information provided by the service
• Damages arising from errors or inaccuracies in the AI analysis
• Damages arising from service interruptions or unavailability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE (WHICH, FOR FREE USERS, IS ZERO DOLLARS).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DecipherDocs and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your reliance on AI-generated analysis for legal decisions
• Any documents you upload that you did not have the right to share
